Kam Kui Shek Teng (also known as “Yuk Yan Shan”) is located at northern side of High Island Reservoir. There is a giant rock resembles a toad standing on top of the Kam Kui Shek Teng at 178m high. “Kam Kui” literally means “toad” in Chinese.

Sai Wan Pavilion
- Taking Residents’ service route No. NR29 at Sai Kung Town Centre, and get off at Sai Wan Pavilion (Terminal);
- Taking taxi at Sai Kung Town Centre, and get off at Sai Wan Pavilion.

The entrance to Kam Kui Shek Teng at Maclehose Trail Section 2 is hidden, and the path is not clear. It is recommended hiking with experienced hikers when taking this trail.
The path to Kam Kui Shek Teng is full of dense growth plants, it is recommended to wear a long-sleeves shirt for protection.
