Ngong Ping Trail a.k.a Ngong Ping 360 Rescue Trail. The whole trail is 5.6km long and part of the trail was paved with wooden boards as a way to preserve the natural environment. It connects Tung Chung and Ngong Ping and is now used as the rescue and maintenance of Ngong Ping Cable Car 360.

The trail begins with a rather high concentration of steps from ground level to cable car tower no. 3. Sun protection is required, it is advisable to apply sunscreen and to use hat to prevent sun burn.
The end part of the trail is within the construction area of Cable Car 360. This construction area will not open for the public. It is recommended to use the Nei Lak Shan Country Trail to reach Ngong Ping Village.
