Ping Shan is located to the south of Fei Ngo Shan (“Kowloon Peak”) and is a hill with an elevation of 188 meters. From its summit, you can enjoy views of the former Kai Tak Airport, which is why it was once known as ‘Airport Hill.’ The western side of Ping Shan used to have a quarry, but it was shut down during the development of the MTR Kwun Tong Line. Today, Ping Shan has become a popular spot for local residents to take morning walks and enjoy the sunset.
